Lottery Terms & Conditions
The Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club Lottery (the "Lottery") will be promoted and administered by the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club, a company limited by guarantee. The Promoter is Graham Searle, Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club, Abbeywood Office Park, Filton, Bristol, BS34 8PS. Telephone 0117 969 8186.
The Lottery is promoted in furtherance of the aim to raise funds for nominated charities.
2020 Draw
The 2019 draw for the Jaguar F-Type Convertible was held on 10th November at the NEC Classic Motor Show.
The winning ticket number was 21773 and the lucky winner comes from Hampshire
Licensing
- The Lottery is licensed by the Gambling Commission under part 11 of the Gaming Act 2005. It will operate within the Law and Gambling Commission guidelines.
- All policy matters will be undertaken by the directors of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club.
- All operational matters will be undertaken by the Promoter, appointed by the Board and accountable to them on any matters relating to the Lottery, the entrants or the draw.
Entry & Proceeds
Tickets can be purchased directly from the club, via Phone, Email or Fax, or via the clubs website www.jec.org.uk. Payment can be made by cheque, or credit card. Cash will only be taken when tickets are purchased at a show or event where the club has a kiosk or stand. The lottery is open to all members of the Club and general public over the age of 18 excluding officials and employees of the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club. The Winner may be asked to prove they are over 18 before receiving the prize.
The price of each Lottery ticket is £2. No ticket will be issued until full payment is received In the event of any variance between a subscribers payments and lottery records, evidence of payment into the Lottery may be required.
All proceeds, after the deduction of costs and controlled expenses will be paid to the nominated charity.
Refunds, Complaints or Disputes
Refunds will only be given where an error has been made.
Any complaints or disputes should first be addressed to the Promoter. If this is not resolved to your satisfaction then this can be escalated to the Club Chairman or referred to the Lotteries Council of which the Club is a member.
Prizes
There will be one prize, a Jaguar motor car. No cash alternative is offered.
Insurance Voucher supplied by Stewart Miller and Peter James Insurance
The Prize includes Car insurance provided by **Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance. Terms and conditions apply to the insurance policy see below *Specific Rules. The Prize Winner is responsible for contacting Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance to register the insurance. The Prize Winner must fulfil all DVLA registration requirements to become the registered owner of the Prize.
*Specific Rules – Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance Voucher prize 1. These are the Specific rules that apply to the “Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club Raffle 2017 prize which includes car insurance up to the value of £350” Competition. 2. To be eligible to claim the insurance prize, the Prize Winner must be 18 years or over and resident in Great Britain, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Northern Ireland. 3. All insurance policies are subject to underwriting acceptance criteria and all applicants must have a full UK driving licence. All of the drivers should have no convictions except 2 minor offences in the last three years. 4. Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance will pay up to three hundred and fifty pounds (£350) towards the purchase of one year’s comprehensive car insurance taken out with Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance for the Prize Winner. 5. The Prize Winner must pay any and all amounts, if applicable, above £350 in respect of the Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance policy, if the annual premium is lower than £350, no refund will be provided. 6. The Prize Winner can choose to use the £350 contribution towards the purchase of insurance with Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance within 12 months of being notified as the Winner, after which time the offer will expire. Further details of how to claim will be provided to the Prize Winner. 7. If the Prize Winner cancels the Insurance prize policy no refund will be given and he/she agrees to be bound by the policy terms and conditions as detailed in the policy booklet, including the payment of any cancellation fees. 8. Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute the competition prize. 9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance does however reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. The prize is awarded at Stewart Miller & Peter James Insurance’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

The Draw
The draw will be made at 4pm on the Sunday of the Classic Motor Show at the NEC Birmingham, This event usually takes place on the second weekend of November. The winner, if not present, will be telephoned immediately and arrangements made to collect the prize. The winner must prove, when requested to do so, that they are over the age of 18 to receive the prize.
